1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hagere HRM platform, developed by Hagere Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Hagere HRM provides cloud-based human resource management tools, including but not limited to payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee records management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

3. User Accounts & Security

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Hagere Cloud is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Data Privacy & Ownership

Your data privacy is our priority. Any data uploaded by the client (Employee names, salaries, records) remains the sole property of the client.

Hagere Cloud implements industry-standard encryption and backups. However, the client is responsible for ensuring their data entry complies with local privacy laws.

5. Payments & Subscription

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Annually). Failure to pay subscription fees may result in temporary suspension of access to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hagere Cloud be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of the use of Hagere HRM.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Addis Ababa.
